Honestly for a while it felt like I'd never have to make this post again, was a great run with @TheNortoriousBIG but now that he's decided to take the next step up, I'm looking for an AHL duo again. If I continue with ownership then having someone I know I can count on to be a good manager and good ECU for multiple seasons is at the top of my list. As I mentioned last time, here are my general criteria; -Top Tier AHL Players, or a CHL duo that has shown over a season or seasons to be very proficient both skill and management wise -Able to get ECU's when needed. One thing I loved about Nort over the seasons is how readily available he was when we needed ECU's or needed him to get a specific position for us. -Know your role; Like I said, I will try my best not to mess with the AHL team, but you do need to know the AHL is meant as a farm league for the NHL, so if I need to call someone up, I will do my best to replace them, but understand it can't always happen that way. -Respectful/Not aids; One thing I always pride myself on is that my teams have great team morale, and everyone has respect for each other. At the end of the day, this is a for fun league, so I don't want people that are going to make this an un-enjoyable experience. Ultimately, I think the last 5 seasons my AHL teams have fulfilled these criteria. 2 Calders, a conference final and what would've been another great Calder run this season, I really couldn't have asked for a better guy than Nort the last 2 years essentially. If i knew PSN talent as well as i did on xbox and i still considered playing psn i would apply in a second. I remember when i first signed up for PSN nhl bidding and you were the first person to reach out to me. I dont forget things like that. I hope you find that next great duo
