S15 Bidding Recap (Goalies)

To add to this, i feel like this is one of those years where goalies have a realistic impact on the results of the game. In previous years it was alot of “hold your short side and let your D man do the rest”.

There are still elements of that (as is EA tradition) but playing angles/centering up on shots feels more impactful. I feel you can get to more CC passes, stop tips & breakaways/PS with proper positioning and focus. Overall enjoying G this year moreso than the last couple of years

A thankless position getting more impact on results is a positive thing IMO

 

And thats just the positives, goalies can easily sell a game as well. It makes it more fun knowing you can save pretty much anything and that playing G isnt mind numbing anymore.
