After careful consideration, we decided it would be in our best interest to accept the offer and ensure we give ourselves an opportunity to put a contender on the ice. He is always looking to learn and is always asking questions whether it be to me and other managers he has befriended. He is certainly a guy who knows how to be resourceful both on and off the ice. Ask around if you feel the need. Many of them moved up after being drafted and still are mainstays in the NHL or AHL.
