All infractions from Draft through week 1 are being forgiven due to everyone still learning the process.

Teams must go by week 1 games played and only players with less than 4 games played can be used. If needed, ECU can be used but NO player with 4 games in week 1 can put used.

NHL:
- Remove position lock for the remainder of the season
- Allow: A skater may play 1 emergency game as goalie as long as it’s within the max games allowed (4)
(This will help teams with their goalie situation until they can get a perm call up or make a trade for an eligible player to call up)
- Players may not "change" position and must play at least a 1-1 ratio of their primary and fill in position.
- Eligible players may be called up permanently at their alternate position but once they are called up can not change back.

- Waiver players must be dropped down between the times of Friday @ 1am (Thursday night) to Friday @ 6pm

The league, realizing that there was no public notice of the playoff format and structure has reconsidered some penalties and will be hold strictly owners responsible for player use violations. The following is an update on how things will pan out in punishments moving forward in the play offs. Owners at some point should have made their players aware of the games played restrictions.

*Definitions:
1 game suspension = a player can not play the 1st game of the week and can only play a max games of 3 in the week.

2 game suspension = a player can not play the 1st 2 games of the week and can only play a max games of 2 for the week

Week suspension = can not play in the upcoming week

Chicago
A1xFreak13 (acting owner @ the time) - 2 game suspension - to be served Round 2 of Playoffs
(Violations stemming form Roster management and other issues previously mentioned)

Contingency:
1. If team does not have lines done by deadline as noted in the playoff structure the suspension will be increased to 1 week -can not play in round 2 of playoffs
2. If the person(s) does not follow judgement or disregards league guidelines further, said person will be removed from the league without question.

Option1:
Game 3 and 4 are forfeited by Philadelphia for the use of an illegal player and the non-use of players that should have been in the game.

Montreal win the series 4-1

**Option 2:
- Mtl Agrees to play out the two games in question (3 & 4)
- Players are use in accordance to playoff guidelines
- Phi owner takes penalty by not playing more than 2 games in series total.
- If Phi owner has played more than 2 games other than the games being replayed he may not play the balance of round 1 & serve his 2 games in round 2

[SEASON 16]

10/07/13

:hnj:We have ruled on the following offence

Prior to the Draft Stiick eM had his position set out as RD.
Team proceeded to draft 4 additional D-men which meant that their roster was at 5 dmen. This was a violation of the Draft rules.
Shortly thereafter, Stiick eM changed his position to RW .

Infractions:
1. Drafting a 5th dman;
2. Making a primary position switch after the cut-off time for position switches.

Due to these infractions, the following decision has been made:

Stiick eM has to play RD (position locked) due to the change not being done by the dead line;
The last D-man drafted by the team shall be sent down to the AHL for the week, and they are permitted to call up a eligible fwd;
At the end of this week put that last D-man on waivers (back in the pool).
