I'm really getting a kick out of this game so far
Leveling my Driver and My Car's up

There is a nice mix of realism and assists to make this a non-frustrating racing game

I missed the party up event last night but I'm goin to be getting some serious seat time tonight

I just wish there was some way to look at your garage online
I can't remember all the cars that I have off the top of my head

We had a pretty fun time last night just doing random races. We'ed all pick the same car to make it fair and just race. We didn't get a chance to try and of the other modes though

Tons of cars and tracks to play from so lots to do online. Looking forward to some more racing with friends

Loving the game, especially racing in the cockpit view with the multiscreen trick. Love the store front. Nice to be able to buy logos without having to buy the whole car. Or that with the logos you can create the car how you want. So far the online seems to be hit and miss. Not really fond of how to have different settings then default you have to hope for 7 other friends to be on. Kinda stupid.

As for the cockpit view trick, if anybody has tried to race it you can tell that the camera is way too zoomed in as you can't see any of your side mirror at all and very little of your rear view. Well some people online found a cool trick, by adjusting the fov levels in the multiscreen setup. As you can see default is crappy as you cant see the side mirror and only a part of the rear view mirror, you can adjust it to let you see all of your side and rear view mirrors. To do that, turn your multiscreen on and then change your degrees between screens to whatever you want. Some people online have suggested 62 but 80 seems to work best for me so far. Here's a example of what it'll change.

I'm not very impressed with the video and screen shot upload system.

First, you can only upload one video (according to their site) and it auto deletes after 24 hours, meaning you have to save them all to your hard drive... Kinda silly, how do you show your friends? Send it to them one at a time on msn? Also video uploads must be down (or at least for me) cuz i tried too upload 2 videos and both came back unsuccessful.

At 2K, we made a real effort to save users videos and screens and make it as easy as possible to share them with your friends. I feel the great community features such as user generated game content wont be any more effective then it was in Forza 2.

Ah, good call. I guess you could manually upload them to youtube.

Although they could do this automatically for you ;)

The gameplay is excellent, the graphical improvements are nice (although I could live without the HDR), and the new tracks are "interesting at worst". They botched the handling the VIP cars and availability of the LCE, and multiplayer is mostly broken as far as leagues are concerned (unless none would ever use lower classed cars) as well as lobby creation, but they seem to be working on it and have the current system mostly fixed.

I was actually just talking to a friend online about 3 or 4 hours ago who told about this. Works great, I am finding it helps see your surroundings MUCH better!

I use around 75-80 (always race on cockpit view).
