He played better lines with better teammates. I played worse lines with worse teammates, our points (aside from my forfeit win) are about the same. Most valuable to their team is the award, right? Well with Shredda and GB on the same team, and Jay and CJ, much less disparity there. I won 20/28 of my team's games the entire season, including scoring more points myself than my 2nd and 3rd lines on the team combined.

No offense m8 as you obviously had a monster season but if your definition of the award is "most valuable to their team," your marginal contribution to the Bruins was helping them finish second to last instead of dead last. You're a finalist for sure, but I'd take the season GB or Brad had over yours. Brad literally turned DENHAM into a 100 point forward and playing with Shredda is not easy. Not taking anything away from your accomplishments, but yea.

I 100% agree, you can't have a Hart winner on the 2nd last place team by any means. But as far as individual efforts go, I don't know what else I could have done honestly I finished with Nashty being 3PPG...

I'm with Mitts. Gonna let that "DENHAM" fly by just because it's 100% true. I was a 3rd line player at best in a season where the NHL was full. Brad literally carried me to a 21win season with over 100 points. Without him, I would probably be a .500 forward barely cracking the top 50 in scoring. Playmaker did really well for his team and it's not his fault the situation he was stuck in, well done to you sir but Hart should go to someone in the playoffs for sure. Kopitar should have a case for Jack Adams (If I don't win it ) but he's not even in the conversation for Hart, it's not that hard to put up good goalie stats and win/loss when you're playing on the highest scoring/presidents trophy team. <--Refer to my S17 stats if you want proof. GB would probably be the only other person that is as deserving as Brad.

If we take into consideration toilet selfies, brad is running away with this trophy.

Added note: Thank god idiots like Crass don't have a say in award selections.

I didn't care about your S17 stats, I asked why he shouldn't win the award? As far as Brad is concerned I had a greater win percentage on NJ than he had on WSH and I suck.
