OFFICIAL LGHL Committee Members

I am looking to fill some voids in a few committees we have for the PSN and Xbox LGHL. Below are the following committees which I am looking to add members to:

• LGHL Xbox Awards Committee
• LGAHL Xbox Awards Committee
• LGCHL Xbox Awards Committee
• Xbox Development Team: Head @Dunks
• LGHL PSN Awards Committee: Head @Leafy
• LGAHL PSN Awards Committee
• LGCHL PSN Awards Committee
• PSN Development Team
• All-Star Event Committee (All Leagues, both consoles)

Awards Committee Duties

• Based on the official league criteria, make nomination selections for each award listed.
• After the Stanley Cup Finals, have the nomination lists posted along side the official awards criteria.
• If possible, run an official awards show during the following season's bidding session.

Development Team Committee Duties

Our current development team duties revolve around three important events:

1. Training Camp Development Games (During the season)
2. World Jr Hockey Championship (During the playoffs)
3. Top Prospects Tournament (Prior to the NHL Entry Draft)

These events are designed specifically to support the growth of the League and offer fun events for our CHL to participate in.

Our "Training Camp Games" are designed to target players whom are listed on a CHL training camp and offer them the ability to participate in LG sanctioned games. These games (if possible) are streamed to the site for viewing, then archived on our official LG YouTube channel. From there the Development Team is responsibility for posted each game into a thread that will help showcase the talent hidden in the training camps across the CHL.

The World JR Championship is designed to offer and fun International tournament for CHL players while the playoffs are underway. It allows the League to run an IHL event for the NHL and AHL and then have a separate fun international tournament that is specific to our CHL players.

The Top Prospects Tournament is a tournament designed to help the scouting process prior to the NHL Entry Draft. This event will put top level prospect players vs each other in LG sanctioned games whereby the talents of each player can be showed cased in an extremely competitive environment as thse players try and work there way up the draft rankings.

All-Star Event Committee

The League is looking for a small grow of members (could be the Awards Committee as well) to come together to organize an All-Star Event for each league during the season.

There is currently no criteria listed for these events, therefore each league can be as creative as possible for their event.

My main goal is to bring back consistency and meaning to some of these key aspects of League hockey we have been missing over the last few seasons. Many players are upset in the direction award selections have gone, or are just disappointed there hasn't been a true selection process for their respective league in many seasons.

The Xbox Development Team has really paved the way for what is possible and what can be done better to support the CHL. With their help the Xbox CHL has jumped to a full 60 compliment. That being said I think adding some PSN players to our team will allow the PSN CHL to continue to grow as quickly as possible!
