We'll see how it plays out of the box, as well as NHL2k4 and every other slider editable game that we play here. That's why we'll be waiting a few weeks before starting those seasons (so we can play around and experiment with different settings and see what works and what doesn't). I'll refer you to the welcome post/league philosophy (work in progress, going to get added to the welcome section soon) which will refer to striving for simulation sports, not arcade. That said, NFL2k3 plays decent out of the box on PRO, but NHL2k3 did not. NHL2k3 really needed slider edits to make it a simulation of hockey. If we had done a NFL2k3 league, probably not (from what I've seen in about 5 games).
my personal opinion as that it we should atleast go season 1 on default ... becuase a few people tweaking settings after a few games wont necessarily result in simulation footbal... like at the end of season 1 we could discuss what we liked and didnt like and then go from there
I agree, if we start off Season 1 right away. I guess it depends how quickly we start the season and how quickly everyone is able to buy the game. I'll have it the day it comes out (along with every other game supported here) and will be playing it full time until NHL2k4 comes out.

Yeah, duh. That too. :wink: I think we will give it some time before starting a 4th season though, just so me can get some more teams in here (a full league would be awesome!).
