The following below will be the new rule changes from the existing rule book that was used last season. All changes are to improve, enhance and to increase the enjoyment of the league for all of the management and players both.

    1. Each roster player is to play a minimum of 9 games played and no more than a maximum of 15 games player per week.
    a. Simply a increase on both min and max due to the increase of matches from 2 to 3 games.
    b. The reason as to why the games aren't split down the middle (12/12) is due to availability issues across the community. We want roster players playing over TC players as for that is why they are on the roster in the first place.

    2. Lines for the week will need to be in by Monday at 5:00PM EST.
    a. Last season lines were due on Sunday @9:00PM EST, as this is almost a standard across LG entirely, however, teams continued late submissions going into the week and in some cases waiting before game time. 5:00 is more then generous as it is only 3 hours before the first game of the week. It was not fair for those who followed the rules, where as the ones who didn't, adjusted their lines to satisfy every matchup in their favor. Repeated offenses will result in penalty points.

    3. After the line deadline, teams will only be allowed one roster substitution, any other line change will have to be a ECU. If a team's lines ARE NOT posted prior to the deadline, the other team is eligible to change their entire line up.

    4. Any single training camp player can only play a max of 3 games a week, for a max of 15 games over the whole season. There will be playoff limits as well but we have not finalized the numbers yet.
    a. Considerable and noticeable abuse last season of not having a TC game limit.

    5. There will be a Random Assignment calling up limit to TWO PER TEAM.
    a. This is to prevent the TC/RA players from making up an entire team.
    b. If someone needs to be waived from unexpected availability issues, let staff know ahead of time. You may be eligible for a call up without affecting your Two Per Team limit.

    6. By default if a team does not have 3 players, a forfeit can be claimed. A team can ask to play 2v3 if agreed upon and the game will count. Playoffs will always be played 3v3.
    a. This can be used for such cases if a team is waiting on a 3rd to get the games going, rather then waiting 20mins, they will be able to request a 2v3.

    7. If a player is claimed off waivers and put back on waivers before a single game is played they will be placed on their original teams training camp, unless proof is shown to the league of intent to play the player.

    8. If either teams missed pictures for a game, the management is to reschedule that game amongst themselves so the rescheduled game works best for all the players. Al players conformed for the original game must be used. The rescheduled game must be completed before the end of the week on Saturday at 9:00PM EST. At 9:00, all unentered stats will be inputted as a 0-0 loss for both teams.
    a. This was basically already in affect last season, now it is officially in the rule book. This rule will apply for any means of rescheduled games as well as any unentered stats.

Don't think that the limit of 1 RA call up is good at all. This limits the opportunities for people who sign up late way too much. If a really good player gets assigned to a team that already used their call up that player will most likely rot in TC. I'm not opposed to a limit on call ups, but I think only 1 is overly strict

Xbox has a 2 limit for a 9man team, reason i put 1 is we will be having a 6 man roster. I did it proportionally, but 2 is doable.

Yeah I'm not super fond of the Xbox rule either. We had issues with really good late signups making up rosters, but those good players brought a lot of other players and competition to the league and helped grow it. I doubt the Xbox league would be as big if we had that rule last season
