    LA will struggle early in the season which will lead to us getting a bunch of 2nd and 3rd lines. We end up finishing 3rd in the PAC and make a run to the conference finals where availability becomes an issue and we end up losing in 7.

    Random thoughts.

    Vancouver is probably the most well rounded team but do they have a top line that is scary? I don't think so. They're going to be tough just because they don't seem to have any real weaknesses on their roster. It's just when it comes to Game 7 in the playoffs and their best has to beat another team's best with everything on the line, no one on the other team is going to feel uncomfortable.

    Everyone paid through the roof to get dmen who I don't consider top dmen. Meanwhile, Minnesota has a legit shutdown #1 dman for 750k. That pretty much meant they had free cash to do whatever they wanted with. They will be very good.

    Schroyer and Knees in Buffalo is a pretty sick D pair.
