A few notes:

I rate some people higher at different positions but put them at these ones because I have seen them or here or it makes more sense to me. Forwards speak for themselves. Defense I rate being a good puck moving dman/good with the puck. Goalies are really hard to rate this year with the inconsistency in the movements so how you played in biggies was a lot of weight in the rankings. Utility - if I have seen you play fwd and defense at a high level this year, you are on the list. I also rate being able to play lefty and righty at a high level.

Bias was probably involved but I tried to keep it at a minimum, did this pretty quick so if i forgot an obvious person that is why. Hopefully more people do rankings as i like to read these threads/chat box reactions.
