Tues Night Race Test Session

Where was the 2nd race? And what were the results of that one?

 

Race 2 was at Daytona with I think 50 laps x2 wear factor. speed comp on. It was a good race had everyone start finished because we had damage off but the leaders had a fun time while i was at the rear

 

Yes, race 2 was:

Daytona
Laps: 25% ( 50 laps )
Wear: x2
Damage: Visual Only
Speed Comp: On

We ended with
Cautions: 15


Not sure of the other stuff.. Of course everyone finished because damage was off. The race was fairly clean for the first half of the race. I remember saying, "We are 19 laps into the race without a caution". It was time to make the first pit stop as everyone was running out of gas and we had our first incident that caused a caution. Unfortunately, I was apart of that caution. I think I may have been a tad bit too agressive coming into the pits and hit caniacfan. The second half of the race, we had much more cautions with quite a few toward the last 10 laps as people were really jockying for position for the end of the race.

We changed our setups to have traction control to low to keep us from spining out on the restarts. So, apparently, this corrected the problems from the first race.

All in all I had fun and wish I could of been apart of the first race.

 

Actually I think we were swaping spots and think you may have gotten lose and came up into me.. Or I may have been to aggressive and tried to get to the bottom of the track but its all good though I had a good time

 

i really think the second race was better cause of damage being off
