    Why am I listed as Amateur? I think I should be Veteran. I play last season full NHL.

    Anyone that was veteran and didn't play at least 27 games had their status changed to amateur.

    You aren't eligible for either. The draft is for players that were prospects in season 1, and the bidding is for players that have veteran or amateur status. You'll have to start out in the CHL and work your way up.
