What The Cavs Are Looking For

1. Must Be a team player
2. No arguing with teamates
3. High IQ players that take good shots and make the extra pass
4. Need some beast big men that can grab the boards

Kyrie- Has to be agressive but also make good passes when a teamates open

JR/Shumpert- Let Kyrie and LeBron set you up for your shots and don't get mad if you don't get the ball a lot the SG is a role player

LeBron- Be able to run Point and make the right cuts to the basket so Kyrie and hit you for them easy dunks, also crash the boards

Love- Be able to Stretch the floor to keep the paint open for Kyrie and LeBron, Must get Boards too and play good post Defense

Tristan- Boards....Boards...Boards you should at least be able to get 15-18 RPG with him

EVERYONE ON MY TEAM MUST BE AVLE TO PLAY DEFENSE AMD BE ACTIVE TO PLAY THEIR GAMES
