I use a two-way Dman, any build is useful if your good at the buttons, it's really that simple.

Thank goodness you're not an English Major, because you're mixing and matching 2 completely unrelated bodies of text and confusing them in your brain.

One post's subject matter relates to the the effectiveness of the Acceleration stat in the EASHL, the other post is concerned with pointing out the mathematical fallacy of another person's post (called me a mediocre player on good team, when in reality my winning % is higher than the teams).

Reading comprehension is a friend to all.

Acceleration works because in the coding of the game, having it higher increases the modifier for the y value movement of your guy in whatever realm they assign it to (maybe something like 65 is 1x rate to 100% maximum speed capacity while 92 is 1.2x times for some numerical and coding representation of the first few steps, I dont code or know specifics, eat me), which is what I was told by somebody who worked on NHL's development. In actuality, there's no possible way for anyone to have a definitive answer unless EA tells us specifically (such as the discipline only being for elbowing thing) , and everyone is voicing their opinions on that matter, and that's what builds are, personal preference. Plus, connection and button skill makes being able to tell what works and what doesnt work impossible. Lan doesnt use agility because he's good at pressing buttons, same with FSU for Accel. To criticize someone for expressing their opinion on the matter is erroneous, and I don't understand why you people have to fight over something that's OPINION on a board meant to express OPINIONS.

Also, Nuge does too much Meth to be held responsible for reading comprehension. It's the secret to his elite-ness.

As far as talking about Trobby's graduation costume, I now believe you're 12. We all know Trobby is a fat slob like JerZ or Mark, but we love him anyway (not really, just helping his self-esteem) so holding "embarassing" pictures of him over him in virtual hockey makes me pity you.
