Whistler's crashes

Hey guys hi there. There is definitely an issue with Whistler's Shadow Open, it has crashed 3 times on me now and from what I'm reading it is a rarity to finish a round on this course. Am stuck on hole 17 and as soon as I try to drive PS4 crashes.

 

Managed to complete 1st rd but had to take 17th drive really quickly or crash was imminent.

 

Is a real pain this, am on hole 16, 2nd rd, 12u thru 15, and can't finish 16th hole. Anyone with a workaround please?

 

Talking to myself here, but anyone sees the screen flickering a lot on Whistler's Shadow, hit it quick or PS WILL crash

 

This course runs very poorly on PS4. I thought I'd check out the course in a practice round. The frame rates are atrocious, I got to hole 5 then quit. I can see a lot of shots being lost due to the awful FPS we are getting.
Not a good choice for tournament play IMO this one.

Thank you for the reply, it played decent for me until I got to 16 then the trouble started. My score was pretty much in the bag by then, though it did cost me bogey on 16, 2nd rd, because of how quick I had to hit it to keep the game going. Incidentally,. Is there any way to skip events and continue to the next?

 

i am having same problem,i am stuck just off green on 14th hole&everytime i take my shot game crashes.i have tried everything but cant finsh my round.

 

I've never played this course before. Will load it up now and let you know in 30 or so mins

 

I teed off on the 12th and got a black screen crash.

 

So what does this mean for the scores I struggled to post?

 

It is crashing brutally. Got one round complete after dozens of crashes. Now stuck in a saved shot that crashes upon a load. Had an okay 2nd round going to but am stuck at hole 16 second shot. Terrible on PS4. Too many objects/houses.

 

yes i ntexted disturbed during my practice round i crashed four times i was able to finish but it takes alot of patience glad im not the only one it was made on pc thats why and that happen for us on ps4

 

Saw a post on HB's website they are looking into a workaround. Mine crashed as well on 15 or 16 and goes to the error screen. I wasn't shooting anything great just like -4. This was not a good choice of course due to the flicker. Not sure how this will get rectified. Every time I go back in it puts me on my last shot which is on the fringe, locks up and goes to the error screen.

I've had to report this course due to health concerns. To let you know I'm epilectic and the course brought on a episode for the 1st time playing the ps4 or any other computer in 30+ years. So if my anyone knows the designer or is the designer except my appoleges in advance
