To all teams/players: Thoughts on Game and Player Stats?

With a set schedule we could actually keep stats and have them mean something, although that doesnt mean we should 100% do it. In my mind there are no downsides, but I realize some people hate the idea of having stats as a responsibility. We'd have 3-4 staff members verifying stats as they get entered (we would need all screenshots that are needed for LG).

We could take the player stats to help make an all-star team, do awards, etc.

Agree with mark and the only stats that matter are Wins and Loses, you want awards and other stuff then play LG and 3D print them like myself!

 

For all those ass hats that voted ya, are you guys going to be the ones to upload every picture? Wait 15 minutes to make sure it's all uploaded? Then correct half the shit that doesn't work? All that after you play a 12 or 1 AM game that took 30 minutes to get into because of Captain lag, and then when buddy lags out and you have to start the whole process again? Oh yeah, you also have work in the morning. Sounds like fun.

Can we please stop making this into League gaming Version 2! No need to do stats for this, way to many lag outs for all this extra work

Is there a way to manually input who played the game without individual player stats? That way you can see the W/L for each player and not have to deal with pics of stats. I feel that this would be a fair compromise.

For an individual standpoint it makes sense to not do it as its 'extra work'. For a league/eSports growth, it would be nice to have as come playoffs if there's live commentary the stats would be nice to have when talking about players. What's the person done for the season? What about head to head matchups? What were the lineups then?

I choose stats a.k.a. @SweeT 9 LoU 84 is doing them but for a good cause.

 

This is an option, we'll have 4-5 guys with commish access that I can tell to check stats nightly. As long as the screenshots are there they can enter them.
