    Things to consider;
    • All three leagues are likely going to a Sun-Wed scheduled rotation
    • S30 may likely be cut to 8 weeks, to ensure the playoffs are done before September.
    • The CHL season ALWAYS ends a week earlier than the NHL and AHL!
    • CHL playoffs are four round PER League(QMJHL-WHL-OHL), then a one round Memorial Cup, making the CHL Playoffs five rounds.
    • CHL bidding is on an 8 hour timer, hence why it is only three days long.
    • NHL and AHL are on a 12 hour timer.
    • Management applications for all leagues will open August 24th, when this current seasons is completed.

    Wish everything was moved up a week. Just seems weird a month after launch a season starts. Would like to believe people are buying the game and we already know how it is gonna play.

    You have to give people time to get the game, select what their position is and sign up.

    From last experience especially at the NHL level manages haven't been super reliable to ensure that people are signed up and spread the word. Hence why it's is when it is.
    Bidding is two weeks after the game is out.....

    And that's is quick. My other replies are above as to who we don't start in Sept

    @SweeT 9 LoU 84 i should also say I have no issues in moving bidding up a week if everyone has the game and our sign up numbers are high. Ideally I'd like to see 2000 before we head to NHL bidding. That'll be up to our season 28 owners and our players to ensure they are ready to go earlier

    @LG McDonald so no RFA? It should of been known last season for people signing multi year deals would of known what was going on. I think you guys should grandfather it in for next season and have that be the last time for it. I'm sure there's plenty of other players who wouldn't of signed multi season deals if they would of known there would be no RFA

    just curious but with the new game can we not push the season up 10 days? by the time the game comes out people will be playing alot, its 18 days after the release, might be good to move it up 10 days. just an idea since tons of people will be playing, will also open up 10 days later in the yr if need be then the next season can start 10 days earlier and so on and more days to do other stuff and end of yr tourney's

    I like the timing as is .. gives everyone a bit of time to get comfortable with the game as well as let a tuner set come out to work out initial kinks in gameplay.

    @LG McDonald how do you ensure that your signed up for the next season and when you are where do you go on bidding night and r u always gonna get picked or u have to be good to be piked even for the CHL?

    Maybe if the RFA process doesn't work then you should allow people to switch positions but then go through the bidding process to avoid any issues. I would imagine if you take away RFA you'll have a lot of retirements or bans and possibly lose some valued members. Just a thought @LG McDonald
