Before anyone starts hating and saying "It's pre-season who cares?" I just wanted to let everyone know that I know this. The only reason I made this was because I needed an outline for the power rankings I plan on doing during the season. I appreciate all feedback positive or negative and your opinions, so here ya go

Template is cool, has potential for a good media piece every week if some more specific team/player stats are utilized, but seeing how half the teams didnt play, not the most effective at this time.

Bonus points for upsetting everyone who cant read that it was mainly just an outline
