This season I decided to change it from a full on vote popularity contest to a more stats based method. Here is how the representatives were chosen. FORWARD 6 Spots -- The Top 5 in total points at the end of week 6 in each division earn a spot. Ties were broken by points per game. The Final division representative will be voted in by the NHL players. Each Owner will nominate 1 forward to be in the vote. DEFENSE 4 Spots -- The top 2 in total points at the end of week 6 in each division earn a spot. Ties were broken by points per game. One Player will earn a spot for the best T/G differential among the TOP TEN in TOTAL TAKEAWAYS in each division. The Final division representative will be voted in by the NHL players. Each Owner will nominate 1 defensemen to be in the vote. Goalie 2 Spots -- The top goaltender in each division based on a ranking system of: Top 12 goalies were ranked in each division based on Save %. Number 1 in Save % earned 12 points, Second earned 11 and so forth. They were then ranked in GAA, if you were Number 1 you earned 6 points, second place in GAA earned 5.5, and so forth. They were then ranked in Wins, if they were Number 1 in wins they earned 3 points, second earned 2.75, third earned 2.5 and so forth. Essentially Save Percentage is the most important, followed by Goals against average (more team dependent) was half the value of Save % followed by Wins (the most team dependent) which is 25% the value of Save %. The Final division representative will be voted in by the NHL players. Each Owner will nominate 1 goaltender to be in the vote. Rookie 1 Spot -- The top rookie that was drafted in S7 based on points (if it is a defender, points, overall play is taken into account). So here are your S8 Auto Bid All Stars. Seriously after playing west line and getting scored 20 some goals against the +/- that was positive until that poimt became meaningless. I would even say competing in a league that cunt use westline to have unfair advantage is meaningless also. This is the worst 6 vs 6 experience you can have and the competition side is thrown away. All nhl 18 cup.winmer should get s instead or a cup next to their name and I mean it
