It's called this league is just full of a bunch of idiots who don't know how to play team hockey and instead still try to dangle through an entire team. Then when they lose the puck, they call the game shit. Learn to make quick passes, make cuts, loop behind players, etc. Plenty of ways to beat traps. Just nobody actually tries to learn. Props to Tucson for actually committing to a play style from top to bottom.

Also, like someone earlier said...if you score first you make them change the way they play. If they don't change then they lose.

 

After playing for deceptive, can confirm that it is hella fun trapping the fuck out of teams and literally seeing the other teams frustration as the game goes along. I don’t see a problem here.

this is the underrated thing about it just as @Waxibono alluded to also. The people that actually play with those guys enjoy playing with them. They are good dudes. The management scouts properly, they weed out cancers and they play team hockey. It’s basically what people think LG Is going to be like prior to joining LG in terms of organization and people playing 12s together etc.

It’s a heck of a lot more fun to play for than to play against though. No doubt. Just felt the need to highlight that while the play style is controversial, Deceptive and his crew are good for the LG community overall.
