Please Vote! S26 Readjustment Vote

Due to 2k's inability to fix the matchmaking issue that plagues our community and after trying multiple methods to fix these issues, none were consistently successful. This leaves us at a crossroad and therefore a decision is need to be made in order to have a season start us soon. There are 3 options and below they are listed along with pros and cons for each option. After reading this please vote accordingly as you will not be able to change your vote.

Option 1: All Star Team Up

Players would give the league their build in MyCareer and the league would replicate it onto a custom roster that would be used by everyone for games.

Pros:

• Ability to use your build the same as your mycareer build in league play
• Ability to mirror Pro-Am sliders and have announcers
• Can be played by all no matter how many of each next gen consoles there are
• No rebidding necessary

Cons:

• The set up required is massive and would take days maybe even weeks to get everyone's build exactly the same as MyCareer
• The master roster can only be changed by one person thus making situational edits dependent on one person
• Signups would require more screenshots from a player in MyCareer
• Gameplay not in the MyCareer

Option 2: 4 Xs and 1 S per line

Teams would create rosters based off peoples console and submit lines that would reflect a total of 4 X consoles and 1 S console in order to streamline the matchmaking process in Pro-Am.

Pros:

• The most consistent matchmaking method in 2k21 next gen
• Only minor changes to how gamenights are run
• Is ran using MyCareer players

Cons:

• Would restrict the amount of S consoles on a main roster
• Would require a rebid and resignup

Option 3: Playing on Old Gen

Run the league just like previous season on the Xbox One instead of the series X

Pros:

• No real changes needed

Cons:

• Would require a rebid and resignup
• May require a game reinstalled onto a console
• Older game

Overall, these aren't the ideal options because each have their drawbacks but until 2k figures it out and fixes private matchmaking to make it not matter which console you have this is what we are left with.

Also with all this stated, we will roll the season forward in order to preserve rosters and signups in case 2k fixes the issue while we are setting up the next season.
