APF 2k8...football is back

OMG. I think im ready for football now.

July 17th is tooo far away but the demo is coming soon.

 

Looks pretty good. I'm tripping off the fact that weather will be an impact. Like players slipping in the snow etc.

 

This will probably be the first time we'll actually get good weather effects from 2k on the football game. Should be fun.

I watched the demo on Gamespot. Loved it! I am excited for the release of this game. I hope the reviews turn out great.

Looks like crap on Live, but the IGN vids look much better. That has to be the best rain I have seen in any game so far, but I am still waiting on this one as well as Madden.

 

is it just me or does this new 2K title look strikingly similar graphically to 2k5. 2Krap won't be getting my hard earned moohlah.

 

I don't plan to buy this since I don't want to spend my money on another 2k sport. Instead of that, I will plan to pick madden 2008 then.

 

As much as I'd rather play a 2k football title, I think I'll swing Madden's way. I just have to have a football game, and Madden is the best available. So I'll settle for that. If I have to play an EA game, Madden is the only 1 I'll bother with.

 

yeah i'm going to have to pass on this game it is missing too many things a single player needs. (dynasty is the main and most important one)

Wow, no franchise mode. This should be a budget title if there is no franchise mode, maybe it will be in a few months. Franchise mode has been in games for years now, I wonder why they decided to go without this.
