Position Change/Corrections

Figured I would play my natural position and help get the elague going since it looks like we could us more D to egt the league started

What is the rule on position? I signed up as a G...who also plays LD and RD. As long as you are not the "starting goalie" do you have the regular games per week limits?

 

- Starting Goalie is the only player allowed to play more than 4 games per week and if he/she has more than 4 games they must all be at G.

- The back up goalie has a max games of 4 but is the only other player that can play goalie more than once a week (2 to 4 games at G or any combination of G & skater that = 4)

- Skaters may use one game at goalie as a team emergency (each or any number a skaters can play 1 of their 4 games in net).

- Both goalies may play as a skater as long as they don't go over 4 games for the week (this would mean that another player(s) is/are playing net in an emergency for a night(s)

This does not have to be posted by teams and is self monitored and dictated each week by limitations. Meaning, as long as the team has the required positions listed of players, the "starting goalie" for that week is dictated by any player having more than 4 games played, the back up goalie for the week would be any player with more than 1 game at goalie.

The whole concept is to give teams flexibility when goalies are limited, away on vacation, quits, gets suspended or are not available on the same night.

I am signed as Primary with LD....like to stay LD but if there is a Goalie shortage I could change

 

My primary position is Center, but would like to change primary to LD/RD since I have over 800 games at D, then Goalie and then Center...thanks

Since you put "LD/RD" & we have a lot more left d I put you down as RD for primary seeing as how you expressed a willingness to play both. If you would rather me put you as LD instead let me know. Thanks.
