For those having trouble, as I explained above for our servers to read it your bio or motto it has to be set to "everyone" To do so click https://live.xbox.com/en-CA/Account/Settings And turn "Profile Sharing" to everyone
I had this set exactly the way it should, but it wouldn't work when I tried it from the main page. It couldn't see the motto. Then I clicked the button at the top of this thread - without changing anything on my profile - and it worked. Maybe something to look into.
