The season ends Friday MORNING at 6am. The top 16 teams with 25 or more games played will be placed into a playoff bracket. All playoff teams will be required to send their team availability (Not Individual) to NugeTV, Keso Paghuni, MpLs KiD 3 and F5 Penguin for each playoff series before Saturday @ 11:59AM. Games will then be scheduled by us. Once scheduled they can only be changed if both teams agree to new times and both teams inform NugeTV, Keso Paghuni, MpLs KiD 3 and F5 Penguin via PM. That should be it, any questions feel free to ask in here.
If someone is not going to be around for playoffs, can he be replaced by somebody else not already on a team?
They would have to be replaced before Friday @ 6am, and the new player would be required to pay in $10.
This is is something we should consider changing. More money in the pot the better and the less inactive players the better. Doesn't make sense to cap this.

Sure it does, why would you want a team to change drastically throughout the season? You have 4 extra players to be able to play games consistently, and the option to replace someone if they aren't active enough. Even an extra 100 dollars split 20 ways for the top 2 teams isn't that much. Most people play in this league because it's competitive as club gets, not because they have a chance to win a measily 60 dollars.
Well, you just essentially agreed with part of my rationale for this. My sole reasoning isn't just for the money part (which regardless, a bigger pool is a better thing, no one should argue differently). It is for competition's sake as well. More active teams are a better thing, if you're bringing more money into the league and getting more active players, that in no way can be considered a bad thing. Shit happens over a month and a half, people get new jobs, availability changes, xbox's break. Rosters aren't going to drastically change unless people agree they don't want to or can't play. Nuge put in requirements to remove people from rosters so it wont just be individuals totally gutting and changing teams.
You're viewpoint is being taken into consideration, right now my opinion is still the same as it was 2 months ago though, 1 change should be enough.
I agree with this. I can see why you would want to cap it, but when you think about it, all the best players are usually on teams from the get go, and there's a rule in place that you can't add a player who was already on a roster this current season. That basically keeps teams from pulling any gutting/stacking maneuvers heading into the playoffs. There's always going to be extra players who want in on this, but can't crack a lineup for whatever reason. Allowing more roster moves would give them a chance to get into the tournament, and boost activity at the same time. In my teams case, we've been running with 6 guys for about 4 or 5 weeks now. That's definitely our own fault mixed in with some bad luck, but if there were more roster moves we could have looked for replacements right away, instead of holding off and trying to get it done with just 6.
The committee will make a decision that hopefully will work for both sides. Honestly no matter what system we use for deciding if 2 teams can't play at the same time there's no good way to choose.
Is there anyway to possibly make it random? Not saying there would be, but it would take the possibility of people being biased out of it.
