I heard people complain about stats being reset and thought nothing about it, never change my guy since I got legend 3. I went to look the other day and my slots where all empty and the boosts I had unlocked were locked. I know because I like many buy the usual goodies and they were locked again. Anyway, just a head's up check your slots. After a few hours of forum digging and EA support, here's the fix to get your vouchers back. Start up the game Sign out of your XBOX profile Sign back into your XBOX profile Go to customize then profile management Activate your nhl lead profile and then make it the lead profile Go into something online to force a reconnect to the EA servers [FONT=verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif]Sorry if that already been posted but I couldn't find it. I have had this problem since January. It's so bad that I'm now in the habit of going straight to me player editor as soon as I turn the game on. I'd say 90% of the time, I have to unlock and reapply my boosts. 5% of the time, my boosts aren't available to be unlocked because my vouchers are gone and 5% of the time, all my boosts are applied the way they should be. For the 5% of the time that my boosts can't be unlocked, I just turn my box off, turn it back on and all the boosts are unlocked and reapplied. Sorry that this post doesn't offer any help on the solution to the problem, but I felt it was story time.
I used to experiment the same issue sometime ago and i tried what you did when it occured so far so good it hasnt did it again since
If you BOUGHT +7 and +5 vouchers. Then you can do the sign out glitch in hockey shop to get all them back. Only downside is you have to save your user profile every time you're on NHL.
