Oh it was defiantly a board play. Did it have any affect on the goal scored? Not even a little.

Dude your player skated right by him... wouldn't have made a difference if he board played or not. I'm not gonna argue this anymore. What's done it done. You got the win, congrats. More talk about it is going to do nothing. My player broke a rule and we payed for it. Nothing more to discuss.

 

I know its a bit of work but maybe tag everyone who was mentioned on the show? Get that "oh i wonder what they said about me" and not skip past the video.

If your not part of the "cool kids" in this league u have to tread carefully because if u make the " cool kids " upset or bruise there egos by putting them in there place they will find any rules no matter how obscene to fall back on.

And without further ado....the "cool kids " come out to play. That actually took longer than I thought. You guys are slipping a little bit.

 

The fact that this is even being complained about is ridiculous lol. First of all, what kind of douche nozzle board plays them self in the first place. Secondly it's been the rule for a long time that if you do "accidentally" board play yourself you give the puck up and skate out of the zone to let the other team gain control.

 

It's not about being a cool kid, it's simply knowing the rules better than other teams.

It's honestly getting tiring reading the sob stories when rules are being broken.

Maybe next time you guys get management you'll do more than type "read and agree" when the BOG asks if you understand your duties prior to the season.

You obviously don't chop many pucks if you think that boardplay had no effect on the play.I don't know how often you play D but 9 times out of 10 a puck race tight @ the line goes in favour of the attacking forward.

Your guy had 2 options
1-legal- counter chop
2- illegal- boardplay himself.

He chose option 2 and failed to give the puck away and leave the zone.

So yea, it had an effect on the goal

 

You guys can keep going if you want. I have said my peace. We replayed, it's over and done with. Move on, I have.
