I know a lot of you guys are in a different fields and some are very computer savy. Today my computer was hacked by a remote thing. He wanted info on my credit card and other personal info, i didnt give it to him. I turned my computer off and he was completely deleting everything. Im in a panic and would appreciate any help whatsoever. Im trying to figure out if he has access to my personal info through my network. Please help me.

My first step is to take it to best buy on the 15th (going on vaca friday) and will probably do that after they finish with it.
if you are hacked that means he has control over your webcam. to get him to leave simply stroke yourself in the most unflattering way for 4-5 hours. so much so that it even disgusts yourself. (see chat roulette for help). Hope this helps -Customer service
1st thing. Remove the PC from any web devices. 2nd if you need to boot up the PC, do so only in safe mode. You can download maleware bytes while in safe mode with network connection, but you be better off downloading it on another pc. 3rd, best buy is operated by minimum wage "geniuses" I suggest finding a local "computer guy" who runs his own buisness doing this versus best buy. Reasons being, best buy will take your money no matter what. The guy running his own buisness needs your word of mouth advertising and will try harder to please you.
