Oh. That's fancy. Are you using wireless with the box? What speeds are you getting with other devices? I also have Xfinity and get nowhere close to what I pay for unless I use an ethernet cable.

I also have xfinity in the MA area. I'm forced to Ethernet my One for the first time ever because of awful wiring in my apartment. When wired o get 170mbps down and 11 up to my Xbox and with wireless I peaked at 30 once but was getting less then 1mbps due to the location of the router and the wiring of the building.

As for my other devices my chrome book gets around 20-30 down with 11 up on the wireless. I pay for 150 Mbps boosted service.

Try changing the frequency/Channel of your Wireless modem/Router - Type in the address of your router into the Address bar (You can find the address by taking note of the Default Gateway when you type in "ifconfig /all" into the cmd.exe program) and then login to your router with the credentials that are usually written on the device (or found online) and then Find the Wireless section - You can change the settings here - 802.11n is the fastest but I use g/n - I usually get about 150-190 down on my xbox one (I pay for 250) and get 250-300 with ethernet

Line stability and a lag free connection is all you need. Internet speed is not as important as you may think. I had an easier time playing NHL on a 5 mbps DSL line, than I did on a 150 mbps cable line.

Then again, I am Canadian. Screw Rogers, go with Bell or a reseller. You're welcome.
