This is a live in-person event at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, OH, home of the AHL champions Cleveland Monsters. A tour, food, and game tickets are included along with this tournament.

I don't speak for Chris or the Microsoft store at the Q, but I think Chris is just getting his foot in the door with these guys. This is pretty much their rules for this one. I have informed Chris how the best competitive format is to have 6's with created players. In the past he has hosted some of the biggest fighting game (Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, etc) tournaments in the US so he knows what he's doing. I'll try to persuade him in the future to push to have a more proper NHL teams event in the future.

This entire stadium tour, food, Monsters game, and tournament package is admittedly a pretty neat idea still. This is also where the NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers and LeBron hoop it up. No word if LeBron is the tour guide.
