Wellp, after many debates with my friends and peers, the well-debated topic of resetting the dressing room has finally come to the point i want other peoples' opinions. Is resetting the dressing room a myth. I'm sure legitimately everyone has dealt with this so please debate below.
I believe the rooms glitch like everything else in this game. Depends on the situation. If it's games where people are having trouble connecting to but the rest get in, I would reset for sure. Long searches not necessarily. I've seen many occasions after searching for 10 minutes without resetting it finally finds one.
If I'm searching more than 3-5 minutes I reset and usually find a game within 2 minutes...usually if the lobby is open for awhile or people leave/join
I just go along with it because I like to take a sneaky peaky at my drop-in stats anytime I get the chance.
So, if you wait 3 minutes, you reset the lobby. Then you either get a game within 2 minutes, or leave to reset the lobby at 3 minutes again. Clearly the lobby reset works.
Wait 3 minutes - reset lobby. usually it finds a game within 2 minutes then. If not, we just let it run. Usually, it works and we find one really fast.
It is more of a legend. I believe it was ?NHL 12? that the dressing room actually did bug out. However since then people have kept doing it because they can't find a game. It is not a real thing anymore. Just keep searching and you will find a game. Back in the low points of NHL you would have to search for an hour sometimes to find a game.
