FLORIDA PANTHERS Owner - @POOPIE SNOOPY GM - @Polska_B0SS_780 Probably the worst management tandem skill wise in the league, Snoopy returns for ANOTHER season as owner. Many around the league keep asking, WHY do we keep letting him back and Brodies response to the other managers is, "WE NEED LOSING TEAMs" and a guy who will continue to manager and show up even while losing. Now is that fair to all of the players around the league who end up on his teams, no, but until someone else steps up to the plate and more successful players, new guys with AGM experience or successful AHL managers make the jump then this will continue to happen. Polska has had some good success on the Xbox side but is again doing mgmt. on both consoles and this has really seemed to hurt him on the xbox side, I think if he were to focus on 1 he could possibly have some more success. This tandem will look to turn things around this season and rebound from last. Snoop bringing in Polska was a good start but he will need to carry a heavy workload as Snoopys teams have had 1 winning season in all 5 of his seasons as an owner and is looking to get some of that magic back from S29 EDM team he built and is once again playing skater where he has had much more success then in net. S30 (FLA) 26-52-4 56Points (15/16 in East)(29/31) Skater (11-14-0) S29 (EDM) 42-33-7 91Points (9/15 in West) (16/31) Skater (9-12-3) S28 (EDM) 32-51-8 55Points (14/15 in West) (30/31) Goalie (9-27-4) S27 (DET) 32-44-6 70Points (13/16 in East) (21/31) Goalie (17-24-5) S26 (PHI) 30-46-6 66Points (15/16 in East) (27/31) Goalie (11-24-4) FLA has started off the season 1-3 through the first two nights with Snoopy going 0-2 GAME 1 TOR at FLA 4-1 Loss Opening night saw FLA throwing their 1st/2nd line out against TOR 1st line with an ECU who should be in the NHL and losing 4-0 GAME 2 FLA at DET 1-3 Loss Division game saw rival DET throwing out their 2nd/3rd line up and FLA going with the mgmt. line of snoop and polska with a couple former AHLers and coming up short 3-1 in which they were out TOAd by a bit but outshot by a wide margin 23-13 NYR at FLA 3-2 Loss FLA threw their 1st line PSN line out against nyr of @OrangeChickn @Carm95 and @HazeeHype with former top pick @THRA5HER5 on D with 3S 3M AHL call up @StayzClan (weird contract should of bought out and got him in bidding) and young up and coming goalie @l Huskie l and lost a tough one to NYR 3rd line with an ECU getting dominated in every statistical category TOA Shots Pass% PP and FOs BUF at FLA 0-3 Win Looking to get that first win of the season against FLA matched up against fellow winless team in the BUF Sabres and they knew they needed this one, even though it is still early in the season every game is important if youre looking to keep your team together and keep hopes high. FLA came out with a solid line of @Im Gonna Pre @J a IMI e S x22 @Davis_l2l_ (leon, quit changing your tag) with top pairing @PeteyMaCx11 and @Gary Garoo on with back end and once again @l Huskie l tending the pipes. They came out determined and locked it down early sending the game into the 3rd tied at 0 where FLA was able to get a couple of PP chances and boy did they capitalize scoring on 2/3 PPS and ultimately winning the game thanks to a good defensive performance and amazing 16 SV shutout from @l Huskie l to get FLA their first win of the yr OUTLOOK Florida actually has a pretty well built team, they have chemistry on 2 of their lines with the PSN line of OrangeChick Carm and Haze and then league chemistry from long time linemates who parted ways till snoop reunited them last season in @sh4rpshooterrr and @Lethalsniper007 and then a solid first line with a steal at 750K in @Im Gonna Pre (midi) paired with James who has always been solid and leon who is making the switch from D to FWD bc he thought hed go for too much in bidding lol RIP. They have good depth on the back end but no real top line standouts which could hurt them and it appears they have good goal tending so far with @l Huskie l although inside sources confirm he has requested a trade just 2 days into the season LOL. These are the types of things FLA cannot have if they want to have success. I think this team will have a chance at making the playoffs if they can keep the team togetherand not implode with trade requests and trades bc they will get weak lines and if they play outside of LG a bit more as ive rarely seen any of them play club at all, let alone together.
