    I mean it's like you don't shoot the puck at the goalie, you shoot it around him to score. you wont aim it right at him for him to put it in the net for you XD

    Ptp said it was ragged for 4 mins or more when puck enters there zone at 17:50 of the first LOL

    Thats not even puck ragging, maybe tell your forwards to put some pressure on the puck carrier. Bold strategy .. In the back Caps dman is diving around. Any smart Defensemen would do the same thing in that situation.

    25:16 of the stream CAPS player pins himself to the boards in the offensive zone and he is not behind the goal line..


    3.2 : Self Board Play

    Self board play is ONLY legal in two situations:

    1) A Player may pin himself/herself behind the goal line in the defensive zone.

    2) A Player may pin himself/herself behind the goal line in the offensive zone IF AND ONLY IF they are the first to the puck in a footrace off of a dump from outside the zone (this includes hard around passes

    Yeah, I was pretty pissed about the ragging until I watched the video. Literally 4 Caps on the blue line, and one cap lying on the ice in his defensive zone.

    Why do the Caps hate fun? Forecheck and play some hockey.
