Looking to GM again next season or maybe agm

Looking to GM for someone season 10. I am current gm for Bridgeport, we are currently in the 2nd round of playoffs. This was my first season being gm I have learned alot and think I have built a solid team. I would also agm if its the right person. Message on discord Hayward#9271

I would like to add some to this for Tyler. Him and I had a tough start and I think that's fairly well known. By around week 6 he finally learnt that he needed to work with me more and that communication is key. I already have my AHL GM for next season who is someone I plan to have in that role for as long as I'm owner which is why Tyler is possibly looking for a new organization after a successful season. I'm exploring all my options including possibly bringing him back as AGM next season. I would like to let him focus on playoffs for now myself before I make that decision if he wants to return. I will say that if I choose to go a different route it would be more to do with the options coming in I have not Tyler. Once Tyler figured out what his role as an AHL GM really is he has been doing great and the team's performance down the stretch shows that. He's come along way as a player this season as well. The skill has always been there but he's learnt the responsibilities required as a C to play at a higher level and has dramatically increased his defensive play. I rambled on a bit like I always do but no matter what happens I wish Tyler the best of luck. For now GO TIGERS!

You can see with how his team is doing that he has the skills to be a good GM.

Tyler is actually kinda nice at the game, and I think he would be a good fit.
