Development 1st Annual LG Prospect Showcase

Hello LG! It's that time of year again! With the draft rapidly approaching, it's time for NHL and AHL managers to desperately scour the CHL forums looking for mock drafts and lists of prospects from unsuspecting CHLers. It's also the time when unknown CHL players bravely venture into the scary NHL Chatbox in order to beg to be drafted.

Well what if I told you there was a better way? A way for NHL and AHL managers to actually see the players they will be drafting in action. A way for CHL prospects to get their names out there. Well look no further than the 1st Ever LG Prospect Showcase!

The Showcase will take place on 1/29, starting at 8:30PM eastern time. There will be two teams, each consisting of two full lines and three reserves. The teams will compete in a best of 3 series, with each line playing at least one game! The games will be linked to the site for everyone to see. A guest appearance may also be made by the one and only LG Doghouse for commentary. So if you're looking to see the top prospects in action, make sure to tune in on the 29th!

Team red no question better team in every way, don't prospects play the position they played the season before they get drafted? Ex porter was a lw in s31 so he can only be drafted as a LW not LD

No prospect are allowed to switch their positions. Porter is now a LD.

 

That's what I thought too but MoesOfJohn switched last year so I guess you can.
