    In all honesty I appreciate all people who step up to manage. Even if you suck and end up having a dog shit season you did have the right intention just not the ability, forethought or skill to pull it off. Therefore I prefer this was about spotlighting the guys that continue to drop the ball season after season. No names needed. We all know who they are.
