Thought I had my AHL management figured out but they went behind may back and took a different team. Looking for an AHL GM and AGM. I'm looking for guys who will be good ecus in the NHL if needed as well as be able to take care of your team with minimal supervision. I would prefer someone who has previous management experience but can make an exemption for the right candidate. I expect you to be able to run the day to day operations on your own. I am available as a resource if you have any questions or you want some help in bidding/trades. Bridgeport has many good returning assets and you will have one resign to use as you wish. I can help with the resign as I have a general idea who I think it should be used on. I will be using one of your resigns for myself to bring SFL up to the NHL. The returning players on your roster are more than likely going to remain with you but they will get a look with our team in the off-season. You will more than likely have a few DPs sent down as well. I do not take players from the AHL without helping replacement and do not plan to take from the AHL mid season unless there are some drastic unforeseen problems with my team. Last but not least I would like management that does not create drama and is able to deal with any drama in the locker room. I believe being a team off the ice helps the on ice product.
