Wow what a ride its been.. if you would have told me I would lead the Flyers to a cup vs the Mighty Sucks of Anaheim when I first took owner from Yargage many seasons ago, I would have believed you. Because I'm the best.

But before we get there, I'm told a few things need to be addressed...

Congrats to @shmurds on winning the Conn Smythe Trophy. What can I say the kid stepped up.
The GWG Game 3 was the turning point of the series and Gongshow will be missed dearly. Odie tried with all his might to hustle back in time but alas it was too late. If i knew how to post videos in here I would, giving all who missed it a second chance to witness the birth of a Chel career and a death all at once


Congrats to the Anaheim Ducks for another Campbell Trophy, well deserved.
Congrats to the BOGS for kicking me from the MGMT Discord merely seconds after the game winner Game 6. Unremarkable speed

Congrats to all of our opponents this season, especially those who fell to us in the playoffs. You all saw greatness up close. Learn from it or repeat your mistakes.

Back to the winners, My Flyers.

In my unbiased view, this is perhaps not the greatest LG team in history but I know its the greatest season in LG history. Lots of adversity. I'm not going to air out all the dirty laundry but lets just say between an awful trade comp decision, every member of the Philly MGMT team threatening to quit, (including myself) multiple star players demanding a trade to Toronto (LOL) , Baby Bass saying he had to go on IR or be banned once a week, BOGS trying to have me perma banned daily etc... we persevered through it all.

Big shout out to Bass, Ka2good, and Kcut for essentially being the backbone of the squad in addition to the MGMT team.. couldnt have done it without ya

Philly Phun Facts for those still reading:

- We had FIVE rookies ( Dr Tre, Denisov, Sokrstar, Baby Bass, Brassard) Suck on that NJ
Thats not even including sharpshooter who spent his first 2 seasons under Poopies watch (sorry poop) so hes basically a rookie as well...... not one was even a finalist for the Calder lmfao Give the Calder to the Philly Phive Lou

- Bass first player to win the cup with a cap over 10M? Also probably the first time a team bidded 12m on a player, traded him, then traded back for him in the same season.. damn I'm brilliant

- first cup for the BOB.. yeeaa buddy

- I just learned Blainer was speed lagging through game 6 vs ANA cuz of too much porn. ducks

- ty to Arizona for giving us Moe ... seriously THANK YOU

- Oldest team in LG history? You bet Fucking veterans get the job done

- Least amount of CAP ever dedicated to a team's D-core + goalies in champ history????

5.5M on defense + 1M total on goalies yet we were #2 in the league in GA (#1 last season)

THESE FAWKEN FLYERS....Can we get a CUP CHECK up in this muh!!!!!! Well as most of you know I don't post on here much but since we won the cup I figured I would take some time to write a little sum sum. It wasn't always the prettiest season. There was a lot of bitching, there was negativity and delusions from those we lost along the way and those that lost to us along the way and some from those who went the distance.(myself included) but the boys all got our grind on and fought through it when it mattered most. A lot of sacrifices were made by players a lot of hard work was put in by management and in the end we came to find out theres lot of huge horns on this Philly squad. Everyone on this team at some point in the season made some big dick plays when the team needed it, everyone on this team at some point put aside any differences they had with whoever or whatever and came together to focus on the goal ahead. It wasn't just because we knew we had enough talent on this team to win it all, but because everyone on this team ended up playing for the logo on the front of the jersey and not the name on the back. In all honesty you couldnt ask for a better group of guys top to bottom. I'd go to war with the squad anytime. It wasn't always perfect it wasnt always pretty but in the end THE BEST TEAM WON THE CUP!!! Fact > Fiction. FUCKING CHAMPS BABY!!!Great season boys, I Love all of you!!!
