Yup, $1 flat fee. Just remember to turn off recurring billing because it's going to be expensive once it expires. (you can turn it off right away after upgrading)

 

Just remember that if you're going to buy Xbox Live to take advantage of this deal to buy it before you get this $1 deal. So I stacked 3 years of XBL on my account and then got this deal, so now I have 3 years of XBL and 3 years of Gamepass
