If you not trolling then canadiens27, griiiffff, morin already better than some 1st liners in the nhl, not based on thier chl stats but how they play in club. whoever has top 3 picks pretty much getting 1st line Cs and a 1st line winger for like 2 million.

Nope, I don’t think he quite knew how LG worked at the time, he just signed up when he heard about it from someone in the Facebook league. Id assume the chl being the chl didn’t message him to play which is why he didn’t get any games in.

I so happened to play against him in a drop in game a couple weeks before the draft (after he had already signed up on LG) so that’s how I found em.

Not that it really matters now, but we def weren’t trying to “sneak” him or his brother through the draft. I didn’t even know he had a twin until the draft had already started and EpicSkillzy told me in a party

We knew you guys were drafting both of them days before the draft because we discovered them and then saw STL management on their friends list lol

We set up our draft picks so that once you selected one of em, we could take the other.

We didn't know they were twins or brothers. We just knew they signed up for LG on the same day, they were the same age, and from the same state. And we knew whichever one we got would start in the NHL for us.

 

Fwiw I could name a D not listed in the OP that would probably drop to the early 30s and have a similar impact as the Merana twins. They happen pretty much every year because there are owners that say stupid shit like "Draft picks are useless outside the top 3"

I mean he finished 5th in points and 21 in plus minus
Paryako not even on the lost when he should be. Lots of guys were left out.

 

Parayko was an NHL owner 3 seasons ago. He's not draft eligible
