Please refer to these specific rules to help you be prepared for the postseason. SECTION 1: Playoffs Structure All 12 NCAA teams qualify for the tournament. The first two rounds will be single elimination games, while the Final Four and NCAA Finals are Best of 5 Series. All games continue to be played Wednesday through Friday at 8 and 9 PM EST. 10 PM EST games are only necessary in the event a series goes to five games in a Best of Five Games Series. The current LGBA rulebook is to be referred to if other rules are not covered in this section! SECTION 2: Playoff Requirements All NCAA teams must have their active roster allowing only a max of ten players on the roster. For away teams in the playoffs lines must be posted an hour before game-time as the home team will have to confirm their lineup thirty minutes to game-time. If the game starts at 8:00 PM EST Home Team: 7:30 PM EST Away Team: 7:00 PM EST If the game starts at 9:00 PM EST Home Team: 8:30 PM EST Away Team: 8:00 PM EST If the game starts at 10:00 PM EST Home Team: 9:30 PM EST Away Team: 9:00 PM EST All stats from the LGBA Postseason must be recorded daily. Teams will have 24 hours to input stats for playoff games. Failure to follow these rules will result in a warning for the first infraction, a suspension is issued to management for the second infraction, forfeits will follow after three+ infractions. Roster players can only play twice in the first four games and are NOT permitted to play a 3rd game until game 5. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit each occurrence. Any roster player or TC player can play any game in the single elimination rounds. **ALL TCs can play a max of two games per series in the event said team is in a Best of Five Series. Playing roster players over the maximum amount or not playing them the required amount will result in game overturns or forfeits. If a scheduled player misses a playoff game which results in a forfeit only two strikes are needed for them to be removed. If the player is on IR during the postseason they cannot be removed. If the player gets removed through this rule they're issued a season-ending ban.
