Bruh, maybe you should take a history course. Zwiggg was stuck on Vegas all season and still has a positive record. He also had a great season last season.

The point of taking mgmt is to build a strong team. You are realistically only worth the free contract if you can build a good team. Just because you may be a top player, doesn’t mean you can build a good team. I mean look at what Big Freeze is doing. He is clearly one of the best owners, if not the best owner the NHL has and you’ll hear a lot of people say he isn’t the most skilled. While yes it is important to have good players as management, it is more important to have someone that knows how to build a team.

Imagine on what buddy? You litterally attack a guy who has done fucking well on every other season and was stuck in vegas get a fucking map. Being .500 on the worst team is ever better than your actual season

 

Personally having @Zwigggy_ on our roster S10 in NJD, I can say he was a very good team player who would step up in our discord team chat and say what we need to work on or give positive feedback. He has a lot of heart that would show in game and off, good communication skills. I'm sure he will do good for anyone who is looking for help with management.
