Looking for AHL Management Position

Hello,

I am currently looking for a AHL GM or AGM position for S12.

I’ve been managing in the CHL for 5 seasons with the last 2+ as owner of the Erie Otters. In S9 I took over when the previous owner accepted a bog position. In S10 we were the OHL west champs and for S11 we won the Presidents Trophy. Player wise I’m a career stay at home defenseman that knows how to protect the goalie and move the puck up the ice. I think my CHL ownership record shows that I can build competitive teams and I am now looking to move up into a role at the AHL level to create the same success. Along with a diamond eye mott has a super deep voice that screams MANAGEMENT

 

you wont find an ex player of Mott's who will say a bad word about him ( even if he didnt roster me xD ) . He knows of the build winning teams. give this guy a chance as a GM and let him do his thing.

 

Good owner. knows how to run lines especially defense. 1 vote from me.

He is the model of ownership in this league, and is the best owner in it.

 

I was Mott's GM this past season and I can vouch for him. He's a very organized guy and is well liked by all his players.

 

Good team builder and willing to put the time in to be successful. Very responsive and a natural leader, definitely has my vote.

 

Helps you even when your not on his team anymore. I got thrown to the wolves (by running a team with zero experience) this past szn and Mott was there every time I needed a hand! Minus the trade he screwed me on .... lol jk

 

Yeah, he is pretty good. Builds google spreadsheets of availabilities, stats etc.. professionally organized. Actually a really solid defensemen. Really good at spotting talent and chemistry. Makes business decisions and not decisions based on feelings or friendship. Has a weird fetish for meebot though. 9/10

 

He never let Kitchener get to a game 7. There are GM puppets and then there are those, when given autonomy over the situation, can do amazing things. Mott can build a winning team if you let him. Far and away the best experience I have had in this league was playing for Mott. Great defender but an even greater guy!

 

I would TC for this guy all over again if I could. I think his success in the CHL as management is enough proof he is ready to help an AHL team succeed and be very competitive. Straight up guy who cares about his players, but does what he has to do for the team without letting emotions get in the way. You will not regret having this hard working guy as your GM or AGM.

 

I have nothing but good things to say about Mott he made my first lg season amazing. He can brighten up any team and is a great addition as a dman coming from one of his goalies good luck in the future,

Best owner I’ve ever played for in any league I’ve been apart of. 10 out of 10 times he’ll put the team before himself. He respects each and every single player I’ve ever seen him come in contact with. Played under him for 2 seasons, and even though we play the same defensive side, I always felt that we played together. He doesn’t use ownership as leverage against others, and always makes sure whatever decision is made, is what’s best for the team. There have been times I didn’t agree with his choices. But he was always willing to speak about why and how he(and ALWAYS his management team) came up with each decisions and it always made sense.
