    Hey everyone, I plan on returning as Owner of the Isles for next season and I am looking for a GM for S12. Basically have a clean slate to work with for next season with a lot of draft picks to work with.

    What I'm looking for:
    - help run scouting for draft and bidding since it will be a new game
    - give input on bidding, draft, and trades through the offseason and season
    - someone that I can trust to handle organizing lines for their games and giving me a night off every now and then

    What you'd get:
    - ability to build your own line (within reason)
    - good shot at a high lottery pick (potentially a couple) which could lead to a multi-season run

    Team Assets:
    - 6 1st round picks, 4 of which should be in the top half and a chance at the #1 pick
    - 5 2nd round picks
    - 3 3rd round picks
    - 4 4th round picks

    Can you even call all those 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round picks assets? Seems like more work having to sit through the draft all night for no1 you gonna use.
