Please Vote! Community Vote - NHL Game Times

I think 3 Sunday is beneficial, quite a few people have avail that's Sunday/whatever other day, always made sense to me to have 3 games Sunday. Allows for more people to have their games all done in one night

 

With the recent news of ESHL game times being moved to the Wednesday/Thursday time slot to be more exclusive we have decided to keep our LGHL times Sunday until Wednesday.

Everyone is available Sunday night, so 3 games is a must. Also having 3 games on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday make it easier with availability problems because ppl can play all their games in one night.

 

What would playoff scheduling format look like?

 

Just do it 3-3-3 its so easy for avail make up games Wed-Thurs better avail means less ecu,less ecu means more competitive games which improves the league overall.

 

back load pls instead of front loading. from my experience its hard to get players to play on sunday than on weekdays.

Have u considered the fact that a lot of the holidays are Monday’s that we’d have to reschedule? Maybe Sunday 3 Tuesday 3 instead @LG McDonald

@LG McDonald, I personally feel like having the schedule simply be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (3-3-3) would be the easiest for both scheduling & majority of availability now that ESHL is Wednesday & Thursday.

Is there some reasons that have you leaning towards having the one game Wednesday?

 

3-3-3 please and thank you. Idk anyone who's ever willing to get on and play the 1 game Wednesday nights. Especially with all the advertising to ESHL and having that spark more interest it only makes sense to not have the two league collide. 3-3-3 and try it out. Adjust as you go if it doesn't work. I can't see a reason the league doesn't go forward with this.

 

From a player perspective, I like #1.

From a managerial perspective, I like #2 because I just know we're going to run into issues with some guys giving 2/9 avail because they have VG or some other league Sun/Mon/Wed.

 

@LG McDonald why not front load the week 3 games Sunday Monday Tuesday, Wednesday reserved for make ups. Run the E sports on Wed- Saturday or Thursday through Saturday and keep Wednesday for make ups in both leagues.

 

Priority should be to this league. We are a competing site and if we have conflicting times then people will have to choose one or the other and that's ok.

 

Why not just three games on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday? From my experience, most players (especially goalies) hate having to play just one game in a night. Either of these formats would see a good amount of players having a night each week playing just one game. It's also a bit of an annoyance for managers to need to get their team together for just one game. These aren't major issues (and obviously we have been doing this for years), but I just can't think of a single way in which either of these options make more sense than simply doing 3-3-3. This way you still have an open Wednesday time slot for reschedules and the one 10 game week. I'm not much of a gambler, but I'd bet 3-3-3 would receive a good majority of the votes if it were listed as an option.
