DID WE MENTION THAT HE’S A GREAT GUY AND A GREAT MANAGEMENT PIECE YET?!!!!!

 

Couldn’t see myself playjng for anyone else, his organization and handling of players and understanding of the game and team chem makes him a great team player and team builder. Had the pleasure of playing my first season with him as a player and then got the pleasure of playing for him for s7-s11 and for 1 season working with him as a GM. He’s committed to being competitive and puts the time in. Knows how to make the hard decisions for the good of the team and by far the best owner ive seen yet. On top of being a great owner, he is a great leader and an all around stand up guy.... and as mentioned above, couldnt see myself playing for anyone else, so i decided to call it quits for at least a season. He gets my vote and i wish him the best!

 

Best owner anyone could ever ask for. Always looking to improve his team and help develop players’ skills.

On the ice, Mott is one of my favorite defenseman to play with. He’s a brick wall back there and can really boost your stats I do enjoy having him in the lineup (expect maybe the 2/3 times this season when he kicks it in our own net)

All in all, Mott definitely deserves to be appointed to any position at any level. He will get the job done.

Adding Mottly to your management team is adding credibility and leadership to it. He was able to build up winning teams multiple seasons in a row, while keeping a friendly environment where it was easy to grow in. He knows what it takes to win, has great communication skills, and pushes every player in the team to be the best possible. I am extremely lucky to have been scouted and recruited by him.
