Bridgeport needs an aGM!

    Hey guys,

    I posted before about needing an aGM but in that post I mostly wanted a free contract (do nothing) type of aGM. Some things in my life have changed and for a decent chunk of this upcoming season (3ish weeks) I won't be able to contribute as much as I would like.

    For this reason, I am now looking for an aGM who is reliable and I can trust to run the team and make trades while I'm away.

    Also since my last post, I have come to an agreement with @memphisonfire to be AHL GM. Currently we are in the Islanders organization however we have requested a jersey/logo change.

    The Islanders organization currently holds 18(!!) draft picks including:
    - 6x 1st
    - 5x 2nd
    - 3x 3rd
    - 4x 4th

    With all of these draft picks, our AHL team is sure to have lots of cheap talent through the draft on 2S deals. We will also likely have a few NHL bid slots to use to help us out. It's safe to say we will be in a great spot before bidding even starts.

    I will break down what I will and won't be available to help with for this upcoming season due to IRL events.

    I WILL be able to help with:
    - Scouting
    - Draft
    - Bidding
    - Trades
    - Day-to-Day management duties (schedule, warm ups, gathering, etc) after week 4 (and a bit before week 4)

    I will NOT be able to help with:
    - Day-to-Day management duties from weeks 1-2, and parts of week 3 & 4
    - Playing my games in weeks 1 & 2, and maybe week 4 (aka i need to be ECU'd for 6 to 9 games in the first month)

    Keep in mind we will have a paid aGM to help you out while I'm gone also.

    With all of this said, I will be back and 100% committed and good to go by week 5. This is well before the trade deadline and gives us more than enough time to beef up and prepare for a Calder run.
