Bakersfield Condors Scouting

Calling all team players! Little bit below about how I run teams:

1. We will be playing a defense first trapping system. Average players with good positioning and suffocating opponents offenses will beat talented players without positioning that allow free entries.
2. We will not accept excuses for excessive PIM's throughout a season, if you can't figure out how to limit staying in the box you're not an asset to us.
3. We pass the puck to our teammates, cycle, and shoot when we run out of options. We prefer low percentage plays to 0% turnovers.
4. We have good attitudes and take feedback both positive and negative well, we stay active in the discord and practice to get better instead of complaining that the game is garbage end to end.
