WIngels' Top 32 Draft Prospects - Not a mock draft here.. Apparently no one else is doing a mock draft, so here’s my top 32 prospects! I wouldn’t consider this a “mock draft” as I didn’t look at who had what pick and what they need, but just who I thought should be there. I took into account their stats and how they would translate to the upper leagues, but also who I thought had some more “buzz” heading into the draft. 1. @Wayne Kenov (D) 16-6-2 | 6-18-24 | Funny enough, the toughest part was deciding which of the 4/9 guys were gonna go first. But Wayne stepped into the CHL with the regard of being drafted high and he deserves the #1 spot. While these stats don’t jump out at you, he also had one of the lowest goals against per game out of all prospects with 1.55. Has the skill, but also the connections for a successful NHL career. 2. @oMalkin l71l (F) 21-2-0 | 39-40-79 | Chicoutimi this season churned out some really solid prospects, and at the top of the list is Malkin. His availability may be an issue for some, but I don’t see him dropping far. Good thumbs and a great winrate to go along with it. 3. @God Haazy (F) 4-1-1 | 9-16-25 | With only 6 games this one may seem strange, but Haazy definiatly deserves it. A 4.17 PPG was the highest out of all prospects, and while it may of been a small regular season sample size, he also put up 12 points in 4 games during the playoffs, helping Orlando get the shock upset over Worchester. 4. @Wrxsto (F) 18-3-1 | 27-36-63 | My rankings haven’t been very kind to Wrxsto, as he started slow in the season, before picking up once getting on Prince George and skyrocketed. He has the buzz with his name where I can’t see him being where he was ranked on my rating rankings. 5. @Bruins37 (D) 17-5-0 | 2-19-21 | Apart of the Natty Light Knightz for a while and now apart of Lights Out, Bruins had very solid numbers in all categories, but also the connections to be a top 5 pick for sure. Could jump up if someone really wanted him. 6. @NJSki711 (F) 21-1-1 | 23-43-66 | One loss in regulation is something you can’t scoff at, and Ski is the two way centre that any team would want. 66 points is excellent as well, while maintaining good defensive numbers. 7. @Kuzny x I92I (F) 17-2-0 | 36-36-72 | Kuzny drops a few spots simply due to the fact that he doesn’t have the same buzz as the others do. But to only have 2 regulation losses, and 72 points as well is really solid. 8. @Not Greggy (D) 22-2-0 | 2-26-28 | Only real reason Greggy is this low is because he took CHL management. However, I could see him going much higher, it all depends on if a team is willing to wait. 9. @sterob87 (D) 10-3-0 | 2-13-15 | Smaller sample size, but over a point a game as a dman, as well as a solid winrate, this player may fall due to the unknown factor. 10. @iamcooln (F) 16-4-4 | 30-57-87 | Very high point production. Great first season with the Vancouver Giants. 11. @Hxdman (D) 19-4-1 | 3-35-38| Was drafted before actually. Great offensive production, slightly higher GA/GM than others. 12. @Grxffon (F) 17-4-2 | 35-48-83 | Struggled last season, but found his footing and was a top scorer for Lethbridge. 13. @Val The Rat (F) 18-4-1 | 29-37-66 | Sleeper no more, plays a complete centre game. Good AHL stint as well for experience. 14. @l Tananrka l (D) 16-6-1 | 4-31-35 | Great point production for a defenseman. 15. @MaDViinnY (F) 17-3-2 | 22-51-73 | Good winrate and point production while maintaining a solid goal differential 16. @dmemmz (D) 17-3-1 | 1-17-18 | Apart of a solid Atlanta Gladitors team. Good winrate. 17. @Raceboy77 (D) 19-2-1 | 1-18-19 | Really good winrate, and has been successful for a few seasons. 18. @X CANIAC12 X (F) 11-3-0 | 23-24-47 | Lot’s of memes about this guy, but had great production and good TOA numbers. 19. @KovalchukI17I (F) 19-3-2 | 28-34-62 | Great goal differential and possession numbers on a solid Tigres team. 20. @JupitersWrath13 (F) 16-5-0 | 31-43-74 | Back to back solid seasons for this guy, deserves a shot. 21. @Flintstone Al (F) 17-5-2 | 37-43-80 | Could jump up closer to the top 15 due to his crazy point production. 22. @lRantanen x 96l (F) 21-3-0 | 29-39-68 | Fantastic winrate, another Sags alumni. 23. @Eichel 15x (D) 16-6-0 | 7-22-29 | Good defender for 2 seasons now with Spokane. 24. @SirF3lterSnatch (D) 16-7-1 | 2-28-30 | Above a point per game as a dman. Back to back solid seasons. 25. @Levachkin (F) 22-2-0 | 34-35-69 | Sags alumni, took GM for Greggy so his ranking falls. Maybe a team takes the risk and waits out the season. 26. @xMIMICm (F) 17-6-1 | 51-29-80 | High goal scoring ability. 27. @Zatyra Jinn (D) 17-5-0 | 4-14-18 | Solid stats all around. 28. @Klemmer x 88 (G) 24-2-1| 25-3-1| First goalie off the board. Klemmer gets the edge due to having a decent NHL ECU track record last season. 29. @Te Bagz508 (F) 18-4-1 | 17-40-57 | Really good goals against per game, on top of a good winrate. 30. @Hanny x 74 (F) 15-2-2 | 20-27-47 | Great winrate, low goals against per game. 31. @Br0midas (F) 12-6-0 | 32-32-64 | High point totals and good winrate. Helped turn around the Wolves. 32. @Perkis System18 (G) 22-8-6 | Could be considered for the number 1 goalie spot, best save percentage out of all goalies in the draft. L Geno x 71 L - Excellent goalie should definitely get scooped KoTz Rayzzy (Dobson) - Another high quality goalie - we almost won the OVHL ship with him and he was big reason why. Geno x 51 - See above, just another very good goalie. Snipesx74 - Same as above
Great mock except you have @X CANIAC12 X at #18??? That guy is an ESPORTS......I repeat, ESPORTS LEGEND and you put him that low? He should be top 3. EASY
WOW 32 players and @R4ph Th3 G4m3r isn't on this list, didn't the man lead all playoff players in points and was out in the 3rd round ? yikes, maybe im being alittle biased but definetly should be on this list and prolly a top 10 but what do I know?
@Snipesx74 is easily best goalie in the draft, he carried a weak sarnia to a lot of wins that wouldn’t have happened without him
